※ 视觉自动跟踪组件,能够精确跟踪切割轨迹,可以智能识别激光器划痕、划针划线、石笔划线,并给出高度和横向偏移。

※ 设备具有转向功能,可完成弧形轨迹行走,移动速度可以实现无级精确调速。

※ 设备采用无线遥控的方式操作,可实时调节切割过程中各参数,方便快捷。

※ The magnetic crawling cutting robot can complete the bevel cutting of ball/ ellipse plate、head plate without laying the track. 
※ Visual tracking module can accurately track the cutting route,   recognize the laser scribing, pencil scribing and other types of scribing and give the vertical and horizontal adjustment.
※ By the turning function, the robot can complete the arc walk and control the speed in a step-less accurate way.
※ The parameters of welding process can be adjusted by wireless remote control, convenient and quick.

适用范围/Scope of application

   本设备采用轮式磁力爬行方式,并带有转弯功能,可无线遥控,能够完成在钢板上弧线行走,自动跟踪破口线位置,双枪切割直接切出双面坡口。可应用于核电、石油化工、压力容器、造船等行业的自动切割。

This equipment adopts magnetic crawling cutting, that can complete all position cutting in wheeled magnetic crawling way. It is suitable for the cutting in industrial field, such as the cutting of ball/ellipse plate and head plate. A variety of spatial curved bevel cutting can be done with 5 axises movement and visual tracking control system. Besides the above, the following functions are involved: cutting through tracking the scribing plate, turning direction, arc walking on the plate and automatically track of the bevel scribing, real-time record cutting parameter. Last but no least, the by-effect of the application of the machine is to prevent workers from high-altitude operations as well as prolonged adjustment and monitoring.
