※ 本设备为四轴联动数控系统内,可在筒体、封头等曲面上开正交、偏心孔并完成角度坡口切割,并可完成法兰接管相贯线的切割,切割形式为骑座式和插入式。

※ 在线示教功能能够修正依据输入参数自动生成的理论相贯运动轨迹,去除由于工件不标准造成的运动误差,实现精准切割。。

※ 参数化输入、圆内起枪防切割槽、激光对心及速度智能调节等功能使用户的操作变得简单快捷。

※ 设备固定在操作机上,操作安全,生产效率高,切割对象广泛,系统稳定,设备自动化程度高。

※ 可自动实现V形、X形、Y形、K形等形式坡口切割功能。

※ 可选切割方式火焰切割和等离子切割。

※ This machine is a four axis CNC system, it can cut holes, for instances, orthogonal, eccentric,on curved surface such as barrel , ellipsoidal head plate. Changeable angle groove cutting and flange connecting pipe intersecting line cutting can be implemented by this machine.
※ It has the function of online teaching, which can modify the theoretical intersecting trajectories according to the input parameters. It can eliminate the motion error caused by the inaccuracy of the workpiece, and achieve accurate cutting process.
※ In order to make welding work simple and quick, the following functions are involved in saddle welding and cutting machine: parametric input,automated trace alignment, calibrating center with laser and partition setting of welding parameters ,etc. 
※ The equipment includes the following functions: parametric input,cut in circle against cutting groove, calibrate center with laser, intelligent speed regulation , etc. With these above performance features, the equipment provides a friendly user interface.
※  With the equipment fixed on the operating machine,it can be safer on operating and more effective in production. It has an extensive range of cutting ,a steady system, and the high degree of automation.

适用范围/Scope of application

   用于化工压力容器、电站锅炉、核电设备、食品制药设备、造船与海洋工程及国防工业等行业,可在圆柱壳体、椭球封头上进行开孔,并切割变角度双面坡口。相贯孔的形式为垂直正交、偏心垂直相贯等。

For chemical pressure vessels, power station boilers, nuclear power equipment, food pharmaceutical equipment, shipbuilding and marine engineering, and national defense industries, etc., can open holes in cylindrical shells, ellipsoidal seals, and cut double-sided slopes at different angles. The form of intersecting holes is vertical orthogonal and eccentric vertical intersecting.
